JV Boys Win City

Great job last night at Tech as the Irish Boys JV team won the Indianapolis City BB Championship over Tech.

Varsity Boys Win City Championship

Congratulations to our coaches and players on winning the Varsity Boys BB City Championship last night at Tech. The final score was 88-86 in double overtime.  One of all time great high school basketball games. GO Irish!

JV and Varsity Boys BB in City Championships

The Fighting Irish JV and Varsity Boys Basketball teams will be competing for Indianapolis City Championships tonight at Arsenal Tech High School. The JV will play Tech at 6:00.  The Varsity will play Howe immediately following the JV Championship. Tickets are $6 for Adults and $3 for students. GO IRISH!

Girls Basketball Senior Night

Please join us in the Welch Activity Center tonight to celebrate the Seniors from the Irish Girls BB team. The ceremony will begin at 7:00.  There is no JV game tonight.  The varsity tip-off is 7:30.

Coliseum Classic – February 1, 2018

On Thursday, February 1, 2018 the Cathedral’s Boys Basketball team will be part of the Coliseum Classic at Indiana Farmers Coliseum. The night starts at 5:30 when rivals Roncalli and Chatard collide. Game two pits Cathedral against Franklin Central and then the night concludes when Pike battles Decatur Central. Tickets are $10 and may be

Girls Advance to City Semi-Finals

The Cathedral Girls advanced to the Semi-Finals of the Indianapolis City Basketball Tournament by defeating Chatard 62-55. Keya Patton had 20 points for the Irish.  Courtney Fields added 14. Cathedral will host the City Semi-Finals on Thursday.  Heritage Christian will play Covenant Christian at 6:00.  Cathedral will play Tindley at 7:30 in the Welch Activity
