Wrestlers Heading to State Championships

Congratulations to the Fighting Irish Wrestlers and coaches on the New Castle Semi-State Championship. Cathedral totaled 140.5 points to dominate the semi-state.  On to Bankers Life Fieldhouse for a shot at the state championship. The Fighting Irish wrestlers dominated the Pendleton Heights Regional on Saturday.  The Irish had 6 Regional champions and won by over 100 points.  The Irish will compete in the New Castle Semi-State on Saturday, February 11.  Wrestling will begin at 9:00 a.m. The Results are posted below:   GO IRISH!

Grapplers Preparing for IHSAA Sectional

The Fighting Irish Wrestlers are preparing for the start of the IHSAA tournament which begins with Sectional #20 at Lawrence Central on Saturday, January 28th.
